Generally, items bought for our games (usually referred to as 'in-app purchases') are non-refundable. As the transaction process is controlled by Apple (for iOS devices) or Google (for Android devices), we kindly ask you to contact their respective support team who will then handle your refund request and determine if an exception can be made.
For iOS devices, please visit the Apple support site and select the 'iTunes Store' option. Then, select 'Purchases, billing and redemption' and choose one of the available option and contact the Apple support team directly via email, chat or over the phone.
For Android devices, please visit the Google support site and use the 'Contact us' button on the page, then select 'Android apps & games', 'Request a refund'. From there, you should have the option to submit your refund request.
