If you cannot find an answer to your question in the support site, you can file a support ticket via our support site or directly from the game:
Via the support site:
1. Visit support.aionlegionsofwar.com
2. Click Submit a Ticket.
3. Fill in questions/answer according to your inquiry
4. Click Submit.
1. Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner of the screen
2. Tap the Info Tab.
3. Tap "CUSTOMER SERVICE (formerly help center)".
4. Input the email address that is associated to your account.
5. To file a ticket, tap the Plus or Pen icon on the lower-right screen of the page.
6. Describe your question or issue in the Description field.
7. Tap Send on the upper-right or lower-right most of the window (as shown above the red arrow in the screenshot above). You can also add attachments such as screenshot(s) of the error you are encountering next to the send icon.
