To upgrade hero skills, you will need a duplicate of the target hero or a Skill Imp. Enhance the target hero using the duplicate or Skill Imp. This will upgrade one of the target hero's skills randomly, but never a maxed skill.

You can observe the Upgrade Skill information if you touch and hold a hero's skill icon.
