We are aware of an ongoing an issue causing some players to have their game logins expire. This issue can occur while playing Aion: Legions of War, or when starting the game. Our Development team is working to address the issue as quickly as possible, but if you experience this, don’t worry, your account information is still available!
Here are some tips to make sure you can get back into the game on your game account safely:
- When you are asked to login to the game again, make sure you choose the same login account that you previously used (Google, Facebook or Game Center on iOS). See screenshot below:
- If you choose a different account, you’ll have to replay the prologue again before you can switch to the correct login account. You can avoid this by restarting the game and re-selecting the correct login account.
- Once you select the correct login account, all your progress, Heroes, and items should once again be available.
